Reid happy with first full day of training camp

By SEAN McCANN • Courier-Post Staff • July 26, 2008 BETHLEHEM, Pa. — The Eagles will continue their first full day of training camp with an afternoon practice, scheduled at begin at 2:45. "It looked like they were excited and ready to go," head coach Andy Reid said of the Eagles' first practice in pads, which took place this morning. "I liked the tempo. Was everything right? No, everything wasn't right. The assignments were right. It's just the techniques that we need to knock some of the rust off." Presumably, more rust will come off this afternoon, but the Eagles hope it's not at the expense of health.
