By Scott Johnson • and Darryn Simmons • July 26, 2008 Police still are looking for an 18-year-old male who shot another teenage boy to death in what they think was a robbery attempt. Witnesses told police that the victim and an associate were walking near the intersection of Taft and Malvern streets when a black male about 18 years old, 5-foot-4 inches tall and 160 pounds shot the 17-year old in the head with a small semi-automatic handgun. Officers are following several leads but have not named a definite suspect. "We are beginning to receive information from the community," said Lt. Keith Barnett, a spokesman for the Montgomery Police Department. Police found the victim with a gunshot wound to the head at about 3 a.m. Thursday.
