Plans drawn for wood pellet mill

NORTH TROY, Vt. (AP) – A hardware store owner who sells wood pellet stoves is planning to build a mill that manufactures the pellets. Dennis Beloin, of Westfield, plans to build the Vermont Pellet Fuel Corp. plant on a 10-acre parcel in an industrial park and have it operating by Oct. 1. The plan still needs town approval and an Act 250 permit. He came up with the idea three years ago and says he now has the backing to follow through with it.
