Some winners in a changing economyIt seems a day doesn't go by that you don't hear about some local company laying off workers or some family having to choose between food and gas. But it isn't troubled times for everyone. "I can't complain about anything at this moment," said Destination Motorcycles owner Milton McNally. As gas prices have risen, so have the sales at McNally's shop in Lenoir City. Business has accelerated some 35 percent over this time last year. "We've got a retired college professor who is in his middle 70s. He and his wife bought matching scooters. We've got 18-and 19-year-olds riding scooters and motorcycles.
