SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Restaurants in California will no longer be able to prepare food using trans fats that raise the risk of heart disease, under legislation signed on Friday by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. The bill makes California, the most populous state and where diet-conscious legislation has been gaining momentum, the first state to ban the unsaturated fats.
