Missouri Author Linda Savage Announces Release of Second Book

Desloge, MO, July 25, 2008 -- -- Missouri Author, Linda Savage has announced the release of her second Children's book, "The Legend of Mylia Yo". The story, based in a rural southern Missouri town begins when Mark and his family attend his Uncle's funeral. Ronald, Mark's cousin tells about a legend and the boys set off to discover the truth behind the legend. Weird creatures, magic, a scary vagrant named Jack and witches put a spin on this adventure that brings humor to most every page of the book. "When someone asks me where I get the idea for my books I tell them, from life" says Linda. "Although none of the characters in my books are real, they are taken from people I have known . . . a combination of several people all wrapped up in one."
