(THE ASSOCIATED PRESS) BOSTON— It has taken awhile for things to get back to normal for the Red Sox, but here we are on the eve of the last weekend in July and Boston’s baseball solar system is aligned as expected. David Ortiz is back in the designated hitter spot, the Yankees are in town and chasing the Red Sox in the American League East standings, and Manny Ramírez has a sore right knee that nobody except him knew about. The three-game series between New York and Boston begins at 7:05 tonight.
