LHC adjourns suo motu case until Sept Saturday, July 26, 2008 By our correspondent LAHORE: Justice Maulvi Anwar-ul-Haq of the Lahore High Court has adjourned until the first week of September the hearing in a suo motu proceeding initiated after issuance of arrest warrants by an additional district and sessions judge against the former Punjab chief minister Pervaiz Elahi, former Punjab chief secretary Salman Siddique and others. On Friday, the complainant of the case, Dr Maqsood Hussain, did not appear before the court. At this, the judge ordered that the matter be taken up in the first week of September after the summer vacation.
