Revisiting Ron Artest

All in all, it would look like this has been a relatively quiet offseason for the Dallas Mavericks. When you look at our free agent signings, it’s a scary thought that our biggest acquisition was bringing back DeSagana Diop, a guy who was on our roster in February and is known for blocking shots while never learning how to dunk. Gerald Green is a decent pickup, and James Singleton will at least get some burn as an 11th or 12th guy on the roster. However, weren’t most of us expecting some sort of big offseason trade this summer?
