Story Published: Jul 25, 2008 at 11:21 AM PDT SALEM, Ore. -- A house collapsed off a temporary foundation Thursday, forcing firefighters to cut through a window to help three people escape. Four people were in the home at the time of the collapse. Only one had escaped by the time firefighters arrived around 10:18 p.m. Two were transported to Salem Hospital.
