WCG recommends possible 5th instrument “Anglican Communion Faith and Order Commission” (UPDATE)

The Windsor Continuation Group Prelimary Observations Part Two has just been published. Here is part one. I'll try to get the entire text online as soon as possible, but I wanted to pass on the last paragraph of page two now: "The Common Principles of Canon Law Project (Anglican Communion Legal Advisers Network) gives a sense of the integrity of Anglicanism and we command the suggestion for the setting up of an Anglican Communion Faith and Order Commission that could give guidance on the ecclesiological issues raised by our current 'crisis'. I am not certain, but it could be that the, "Anglican Communion Faith and Order Commission" is the 5th Instrument of Unity to which the ABC alluded. Stay tuned...
