Red Sox fortify for latest skirmish with Yankees

The on-field war between the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees adds a few more battles this coming weekend. And the defending world champions are bringing out the heavy artillery.The Red Sox will have David Ortiz in the lineup for the first time in nearly two months when the club starts up its three-game series with the hated Yankees Friday at Fenway Park.
