Flooding has been a major concern for some in Rotterdam. Earlier this year, we reported on one road that has continued to flood, even though officials told us it would be fixed by now. Back then, we spoke with town officials who told us that's because the drains in the road don't go anywhere so they easily back up. But the town supervisor told us the problem would be fixed in the spring so that by this summer there wouldn't be a problem. However, residents say it hasn't been fixed and instead the town had to pump the water away this week after it flooded again.
