Perez-Luna was arrested Wednesday at an immigration office in DeKalb County, McGee said. Boyce was charged with the Roswell offenses on July 1 and is who is being held in the Clayton County jail on unrelated charges, McGee said. Police are continuing to search for a third suspect.
