The Justice Minister has apologised to a Somalian woman after a "systems failure" in his Department meant her husband and three children were mistakenly left in a refugee camp for three years. The woman's family were never notified that they had been issued with visas allowing them to come to Ireland in 2005. The woman began High Court proceedings last week. The Immigrant Council of Ireland now says the government may have left itself open to further legal action because of its breach of the EU's freedom of movement...
