Manitowoc names new board member

MANITOWOC, Wis. - Heavy equipment maker Manitowoc Co. on Friday said it named Cynthia M. Egnotovich to its board effective immediately. Egnotovich, who will also serve on the board's audit committee, replaces Robert S. Throop who retired earlier this year after 16 years on the board. Egnotovich currently serves as Goodrich Corp.'s segment president for nacelles and interior systems. She will stand for election at Manitowoc's May 5 shareholder meeting.
