Mawande Jack POLITICAL CORRESPONDENT ON the eve of Jacob Zuma‘s visit to Port Elizabeth, black business in the city appealed to the ANC president to act on divisions within the party in the Eastern Cape. Zuma is to address local business people at the SA Communist Party gala dinner in Port Elizabeth tonight. His visit to the province also comes as Premier Nosimo Balindlela is set to resign and be replaced by Economic Affairs MEC Mbulelo Sogoni. This will be Zuma‘s first official visit to the city since becoming ANC president last December. “We are concerned about recent developments which create uncertainty and instability within the provincial government,” said National African Federated Chamber of Commerce (Nafcoc) president Kutloano Headbush.
