Two men have been arrested in separate incidents. Detectives looking into the July 4 theft of a dryer and refrigerator from a Port Charlotte home visited B&S Recycling, also in Port Charlotte, and learned from the manager that the items had been purchased from a man on July 5, reports said. The manager, who said the man was a regular at the center, and that a video had been taken of the man’s truck and trailer, reports said.
