Economy or General Election?

Nick Clegg is saying that the status of the economy is to unstable to hold a General Election i don't know the thoughts he has behind the comment he has made but this is what i believe he means. With the economy being so unstable and people not being able to pay bills with the credit crunch hitting every one's pockets Nick Clegg doesn't want the Prime Minister to call a General Election as he thinks like i do that if the Prime Minister was to call a general election people wont look at party policies or candidate abilities they would just vote the party that has a big mouth and continues to just talk about a change but has got no vision or plans set out that are very efficient the conservatives.
