Friday July 25, 1:32 pm ET Industrial services provider Harsco secures 10-year, $60 million contract in France HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) -- Industrial services company Harsco Corporation said Friday that it has secured a 10-year $60 million contract in France. The company's worldwide mill services division will provide onsite environmental services to ArcelorMittal's massive Dunkirk steel works in northern France. Work is scheduled to begin in 2009. The company will help the French mill replace its previous storage of sludge materials in onsite settling lagoons, a practice now prohibited by French authorities, with more current...
