News: Although commissioner Roger Goodell has yet to rule on Jones' reinstatement, the Cowboys plan on treating him as a starting cornerback during training camp, the Dallas Morning News reports. Spin: Goodell has said only that he will make a decision prior to Week 1. "I think we'll coach him as if he's going to be here," head coach Wade Phillips said. "I don't have any control over all that. I know the commissioner let him practice with us, so I assume [he'll be here]."
