Judge to consider Cooper custody today

By Mandy Locke, Staff WriterComment on this story RALEIGH - State Medical Examiner John Butts has been subpoenaed to attend the custody hearing today for Nancy and Bradley Cooper's children. Earlier this week, Bradley Cooper's lawyers filed a motion to get a copy of the autopsy report for Nancy Cooper. Howard Kurtz and Seth Blum argue that the report is critical to challenge the "unsubstantiated insinuations that [Bradley Cooper] played a role in [Nancy] Cooper's death." The judge who will decide who should raise Nancy and Bradley Cooper's young daughters must wade through the couple's messy marriage.
