SSC jives to band’s beat By Our Correspondent Colombo July 25: For the few hundreds who had come to the SSC on Thursday there was nothing much to break their slumber for the first hour of the day. Even when Dilshan was caning the Indian attack at will the cheering was reserved to sporadic claps. All that changed in a jiffy when the Papar band started playing an hour after play had resumed on day three. Members of the Indian team found the beat irresistible and were seen hard pressed to be kept away from showing their dancing prowess.
