Brett Favre plans to report to the Green Bay Packers training camp this weekend, NFL.com reported Friday. According to the Web site, Favre told Packers general manager Ted Thompson of his intentions. If he does, Favre is expected to fax a letter seeking reinstatement to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell before the Packers report to camp on Saturday. The three-time MVP retired after last season, then asked to be released from his contract so he could sign elsewhere.
