By Wilford Shamlin Courier-Post Staff • July 25, 2008 Zulmarie Bosques, who was raised in Camden, is working on Capitol Hill for eight weeks this summer as an intern. Bosques was one of 31 college students nationwide selected to participate in the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute's highly competitive Congressional Internship Program. Housing, round-trip transportation and a $2,500 stipend are provided by the institute with support from PepsiCo Foundation, Hyundai, Suagar Alliance, McDonald's and other corporations. Bosques is assigned to Congressional offices on Capitol Hill where she can watch the legislative process in action and gain firsthand knowledge about issues pending before the U.S. House of Representatives.
