Insyde Software Debuts Firmware Solution for Intel

Insyde Software, providing Universal Extensible Firmware BIOS and engineering services, announced that its InsydeH20 UEFI firmware solution for the Intel EP80579 Integrated Processor product line is now available. This latest version of InsydeH2O enables Insyde Software to strengthen its UEFI BIOS portfolio with Intel compatibility. Insyde Software’s InsydeH2O (Hardware-2-Operating System) is easy to use and extensible when compared to the older PC BIOS which it will be replacing. It enables PC manufacturers to achieve better product differentiation, bring down development costs and enables rapid product launches. Insyde is also the first company to develop products on Intel’s Platform Innovative Framework for UEFI/EFI.
