West Coast Guy has covered pro sports for various papers across California and has been betting since 1978. If there were any questions about my prognostication skills, if anyone out there doubted my West Coast wisdom, you want to check my last column. As I batted the little white ball around a local links late Sunday, I raised a pint of Guinness to my good fortune and to Padraig Harrington. (Guinness out of a can is awful, by the way.)
