MONTLUCON, France (AP) -- Sylvain Chavanel of France has won the 19th stage of the Tour de France -- a day before the final time trial that's likely to determine the winner of the three-week race. Carlos Sastre of Spain kept the race leader's yellow jersey after the 165.5-kilometer (102.8-mile) ride along the mostly flat roads from Roanne to Montlucon on Friday. Chavanel beat fellow French rider Jeremy Roy in a two-man sprint after they broke away from the main pack. Sastre is the seventh different cyclist to wear the yellow jersey in this year's race.
