Use of these handy little gadgets has become so popular across the pond that to many Europeans cell phones have actually evolved into lifestyle. Gaudy candy-colored handsets have become the latest "must have" fashion accessory. Mobile Techno-Lust This love affair with "le mobile" has become so pervasive that one-quarter of European households don't even have land line phones anymore, relying solely on their mobiles.
