Posted to the web 25 July 2008 Irene !hoaës Windhoek The Minister of Environment and Tourism, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah says the Bed and Breakfast Association of Namibia has taken on the challenge of providing these types of accommodation with remarkable success. Nandi-Ndaitwah's remark was made on her behalf yesterday during the renaming of the Bed and Breakfast Association of Namibia to Accommodation Association Namibia (AAN). Nandi-Ndaitwah said the services provided by the AAN to its members and to the industry are very important. Throughout the years, the association is said to have undergone many changes and has grown in stature, particularly after merging with the Budget and Home Accommodation of Namibia in 1994, expanding its services to cover the rest of the country.
