“Young Frankenstein” Coming to Blu-Ray

The Mel Brooks classic will soon get its high-def due. The Mel Brooks classic “Young Frankenstein” turns 35 next year. Destiny! Destiny! No escaping that for me! Destiny! Destiny! No escaping that for me! There’s no escaping this either: ”Young Frankenstein” is coming to Blu-ray. The Mel Brooks classic will be 35 next year, but apparently Fox couldn’t wait, promising “one of the studio’s most advanced BD releases to date.” We’d better not see an “even more advanced!” version next fall. The studio says that the new release will include Bonus View picture-in-picture interviews with Mel Brooks, Teri Garr, Cloris Leachman, and others.
