World Supersport rider Miguel Praia has had the opportunity of sampling the new Portimao circuit in Portugal for the first time, more than three months before the track hosts its first scheduled race. The circuit, known as the Parkalgar Complex, is still being built and will be completed in time to host the season ending round of the World Superbike and Supersport Champion. However, while the grandstands and complexes are still under construction, the circuit has now had its layer of tarmac completed.
