Associated Press • About 84,000 Playskool “No Spill” sippy cups, made in China and imported by CVS Corp., because children can chew through the cup’s plastic spout. The company has received 36 reports of children chewing through the cup. One involved a child who choked. In three others instances, children nearly choked. Multiple swallowed magnets can attract each other and cause intestinal perforation or blockage.
