By Miyoko Ishigami TOKYO, July 25 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Ambassador to Japan Abdul Rahman Al-Otaibi said Friday that the upcoming visit of His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah will further expand bilateral ties and cooperation in all aspects between Kuwait and Japan, describing it as an another "significant" high-level contact. Speaking to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Al-Otaibi said the two countries have maintained frequent high-level exchanges and deepened bilateral cooperation, especially since the visit by H.H. the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah in his former capacity as prime minister in 2004. Former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe also made the first visit by a Japanese leader to Kuwait last year, where he met with H.H. the Amir and visited the Japanese forces based in Kuwait....
