NABF college World Series starts Aug. 7

By Toledo Free Press Staff Writers The 2008 National Amateur Baseball Federation (NABF) 22 and under World Series is set for Aug. 7 to 10 in Toledo. Toledo hosted the 2004, 2005 and 2006 College World Series. The tournament will draw 16 regional champions from throughout the country to play for the National Amateur Baseball Federation College Division national championship. There will be 31 nine-inning wood bat baseball games with teams divided into four pools playing at Ned Skeldon Stadium in Maumee, Scott Park (UT), Joe E.
