The pair -- who have a two-year-old daughter, Tea, together -- split last year after 4-years of marriage and the 27-year-old model was granted a quickie divorce in September when she cited her soccer star husband’s "unreasonable behavior". Claire is demanding the settlement based on French international Henry's earnings. She has hired Sir Paul McCartney's former divorce Lawyer Fiona Shackleton, and is also said to be demanding a cut of their £5.9million ($11.8m) marital home in Hampstead, north London -- which he bought before they wed in July 2003.
