IF Celtic supporters are looking for someone to blame for their club's lack of transfer activity, Gordon Strachan suggests they should point the finger at England. The wages explosion down south has had footballers from all corners of the globe eyeing the British market and some seem to think the Old Firm can pay the same kind of money as clubs such as Manchester United. Strachan simply can't compete for the top stars and isn't prepared to sign lesser talents just to keep the fans happy.
