WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS 3) ― A Delaware family is completely devastated after a young mother was senselessly gunned down earlier this week. The victim's community is praying for peace while her devastated husband is preparing her funeral. Annabelle Ramirez-Sanchez, 27, was shot in the head outside her sister-in-law's home in Wilmington on Monday afternoon. Her 18-month-old daughter was inside the car, but was unharmed. Annabelle was an innocent bystander caught in the middle of a gunfight between two suspects. Members of Wilmington's City Council and the police department held a community meeting where the shooting happened. Police believe one of the suspects was captured on surveillance video fleeing the scene shortly after the shooting. Investigators believe the suspects are no strangers to the community.
