O's vs. Angels preview: July 25-27 The Orioles’ struggles continued with three straight losses to conclude their recent four-game series against the Toronto Blue Jays. They are now 48-53 this season and 2 1/2 games behind the Blue Jays at the bottom of the American League East. It won’t get any easier for the Orioles this weekend. They’ll take on the Los Angeles Angels in a three-game series to conclude their 11-game homestand. The Angels are the only team in the AL with a winning record on the road (31-18) so far this season. They currently lead the Oakland Athletics by 10 games in the AL West. The Orioles are 28-21 at Camden Yards in 2008, but they are only 3-5 on the current homestand.
