Game attendance low, while TV viewing ratings rising CHICAGO -- Low attendance at Dolphin Stadium doesn't necessarily tell the full story about interest in the Marlins. Despite ranking last in the Major Leagues in home attendance, the Marlins' television ratings actually have been strong. All season, they've ranked in the top 10 of all MLB teams. In fact, their viewership on FSN Florida and its sister station, Sun Sports, is up six percent over the same period last year. And the team's TV numbers have a 13 percent increase over the final 2007 season average, according to FSN Florida. "We're very pleased with the numbers," said P.J.
