Feingold endorses Tubbs

Assembly candidate Paul Tubbs earned a major endorsement this week as U.S. Senator Russ Feingold announced his support for the Democratic challenger in Wisconsin’s 34th District. “I’m excited about the change in representation for the Northwoods that Paul Tubbs would bring to the State Assembly,” said Feingold. “And I’m committed to helping him win in November.” Tubbs, who has worked and lived in Rhinelander for the past 32 years, is seeking to unseat incumbent Dan Meyers in the 34th District, which includes Vilas County and most of Oneida County. “Clearly, this endorsement will help to facilitate a needed change in direction for the 34th District residents for the first time in over 15 years,” said Tubbs. “Senator Feingold is overwhelmingly popular...
