Igor Borisov, a member of the Central Electoral Commission of the Russian Federation, denied his own remarks that the commission possesses information about work in missions of international election monitors of employees of the western intelligence agencies, news agency RIA Novosti reports. "My words have been distorteded by many mass media outlets.
