The 17-year-old star of "Hannah Montana" fits a dizzying array of responsibilities and pursuits into his crammed young life. He plays Oliver Oken on the riotously popular tween sitcom starring the planet's It Girl, Miley Cyrus, and Jeremy on the also well-loved cartoon "Phineaus and Ferb."
