MILFORD, Conn. - Milford police say a man broke into his parents' house for a few days of drug-fueled partying and theft while his parents were in England for the funeral of his grandmother. Jarrad Magun, 29, appeared in court Wednesday to face burglary, larceny and forgery charges. Police say he broke into his parents' home and stole blank checks about two months after they had barred him and changed their locks. Magun is accused of causing more than $9,000 in damage and stealing six checks, using one to buy a Blackberry phone and four to cash for $1,310 between June 21 and 27.
