NFL Favre headed to Tampa Bay? Bucs GM Kevin Allen has supposedly been asking his players if he thinks semi-retired QB Brett Favre would fit into Tampa Bay's offensive system easily and the Buccaneers current starter, Jeff Garcia, is all annoyed about not getting a contract extension. Green Bay would obviously love to trade Favre. Word is, though, that he could pull a Jake Plummer and just not show up if he gets traded there. Also, Green Bay apparently has more than just phone records that show that Favre contacted Vikings coach Brad Childress and offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell before deciding to take down his cleats from wherever he'd hung them up to save them for the Hall of Fame.
