ProLogis reports lower funds from operations

BOSTON (MarketWatch) -- ProLogis on Thursday said funds from operations, a key profitability measure for real estate investment trusts, in the second quarter fell to $1.06 a share from $1.16 in the year-ago period. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters had been looking for FFO of $1.04 a share, on average. The company reiterated its full-year outlook for FFO ranging between $4.65 and $4.85 a share, while the consensus estimate is $4.78 a share.
