McLaren sued by former employee

According to British newspaper the Daily Telegraph, the 27 year old worked as a private jet steward for Dennis and has claimed that unfounded rumours circulated around the team that he was gay, rumours which led to him being unfairly sacked in September last year. The man is also claiming sexual discrimination and victimisation. Lawyers representing both Ron Dennis and McLaren have said that he man was fired because he was rude and he kept falling asleep whilst at work. They have, however, conceded that they should have given him three months written notice of is dismissal.
