Forget the credit crunch, get charity chic

'CHARITY Chic' has emerged as one of the latest ways to help you look good, without breaking the bank. After drawing inspiration from top celebrity fashion designer Gok Wan, I hit the charity shops in Middleton to see what I could find. Gok is famed for his love of High Street fashion with the desire to dress women of all shapes and sizes and his latest project included a visit to Oxfam. With the current credit crunch hitting people hard, I visited Middleton's Oxfam and RSPCA branches to find an outfit for under £7 and I was easily successful. There was plenty of choice, with the possibilty of finding an outfit for various occasions, ranging from corporate office wear to casual sports wear for the gym.
