The Media United for a Common Cause...

Posted: Saturday, October 20, 2007 at 03:35 PM Yesterday was a sight on Skibo Road. It was a media-a-thon to raise money. We had almost every media agency in Fayetteville united for one cause.. That cause was Fayetteville Cares. All these organizations were involved in some way: Beasley Broadcasting (WKML 95.7, 96.5 The Drive, Foxy 99, Kiss 107.7 & AM 1490 WAZZ); Carson Communications (Soul 104. 5); Cumulus Radio Group (Q98, Rock 103, AM 640 WFNC, Oldies 106.9 & 102.3); WIDU 1600AM; Fayetteville Observer; Up & Coming Magazine; and Time Warner Cable Fayetteville Cares is a community initiative created to provide charitable support to our military personnel and their families before, during and after deployments.
