CHEMISTRY COMMUNICATIONS GROUP PLC ("Chemistry Communications" or "Group") INTERIM RESULTS FOR SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MAY 2008 Chemistry Communications announces its interim results for the six months ended 31 May 2008. KEY POINTS Turnover of GBP 5.92 million (2007: GBP 6.78 million) and Gross Profit of GBP 3.94 million (2007: GBP 4.45 million) have reduced by 13% and 11% respectively Headline operating profit has increased by 44% to GBP 484,000 (2007: GBP 337,000) Operating profit margin as a % of gross profit has improved to 12.3% (2007: 7.6%) Profit after tax has increased by 55% to GBP 235,000 (2007: GBP 152,000) Earnings per share of 0.68p (2007: 0.44p) Appointment by Orange UK under a two year service contract TRADING REPORT The Board is pleased to report the Group's results for the six months ended 31 May 2008.
